In recent years, Iran has made huge investments in various industries such as petrochemical, oil and gas, power, and mining. Now managing so many industrial plants seem to be a cumbersome. To ease the problem, Iranian universities have launched programs and courses in the field of business administration and management. These programs aim on training the new leaders of these industries. Considering this, there are a lot of opportunities in training, consulting, business activities in Iran.
However, there are some limitations due to lack of industrial culture, lack of trained employees, political uncertainties, relations with foreign countries and etc. We will discuss these new developments in Iran’s industrial and business environment in more details.
